just a little sunday lunch

-well ive decided to have a few family members round to try out my new skill lol,
as you can see i got a silver side joint ( rubbed with salt,peper,oxo and a pinch of cayenne ).
a rolled shoulder of pork with a home made honey & mustard with apple syrup
and the chicken has red & green chilli,orange & lemon zest,garlic flakes,onion seeds, mixed herbs,cumin seeds,coriander, salt, pepper,celery salt and a bit of sugar

just ready to go on the smoker
