Hi,

For my second cook on the E20, I decided to try a half leg of lamb.
I put Rosemary and Garlic in with the water and also put both on the meat.

The E20 chugged along like a dream for 4 hours using up pretty much a whole 5kg bag of lump charcoal.
Temps held steady between 220 and 250.

Served the finished lamb with 'Spanish Potatoes' (they're not really Spanish in any way shape or form, just their name in our house) and green beans.
Made for a lovely Sunday dinner.

OK, not sure why that didn't work, but I cooked a half leg of lamb on the E20 last night.
Long story short, it was great and the E20 performed like a dream!!
