Sunday Lunch on another new toy!
Well, I've heard so much about ceramic BBQ's, so I just had to get one to try. I haven't been around much, as it's been really hectic at work and this is the 1st opportunity I've had in a while to spend some time with the family and cooking.
The only real advantages I've found so far, is that it is extremely economical on fuel and I can run it easily at higher temps, which is great for chicken.

Jim, I use a mixture of crushed garlic and red pesto (rubbed underneath the skin) and on this particular bird, used lemon pepper on the outside.
