I got in touch with some other members of the Illinois BBQ Society (who are interested in taking part in the Battle for Bullet Smoker Supremacy) to let them know we need to begin getting our test materials in place.

For those of you who have cooked on one, or the other, what questions would you like to have answered between the new Excel and the WSM???
