Need help. This will be my first attempt to smoke baby back ribs. I have two slabs (around 6.25lbs for both racks). What temp should I wet smoke my ribs and for how long? I'll be using hickory chips to smoke with. I have misplaced my recipe book and any help will be appreciated.

I would reference my recipe

Smoke at temps of between 220 - 250 Deg F, should take around 4 - 5 hours.

Sorry if this is too late.

That is perfectly fine. I googled some info and and figured it out. Man were those ribs great!!! My ProExcel20 worked like perfect too.

Kind Regards,
