Spatchcocked Cornish Hens
I took some Cornish Game Hens and split them for the grill.
Took some Rosemary, Thyme, Garlic, Shallot, Chives and mixed in butter for under the skin and rubbed on top as well. Then used Montreal Chicken Seasoning.

The cutting board is what I won from TVWBB Christmas Drawing, and the sausages (Brat and Italian) Papa Tom and I made along with some of Bigwheels Hotlinks on Saturday.

Ingredients
GARLIC, SEA SALT, ONION, SPICES AND HERBS (INCLUDING BLACK PEPPER, PARSLEY AND RED PEPPER), ORANGE PEEL, RED AND GREEN BELL PEPPERS, AND PAPRIKA.
They also have Steak we use quite a bit.
