Cornish Kobe Prime Rib
This is on the Excel as I type, No water pan, 2 stackers and food placed on the top grill.
EVO (really special one provided by my Belgium connection) Cracked pepper and coarse salt.
About 35 minutes in, turned it over.
I'm using Scottish Heather for the smoke... about 15 minutes to go
Done!

I´ve just had the best lamb i could ever imagine, but hey i guess a slice of that cow
would make an awesome (and not "girlie" ) Dessert.
