Now to make this fair, will you use the eyelets, considering you will have to use the same temp gauges?

Sure I'll use the eyeletts...the digital probe therms will be the same units...same age...same freshness on batteries...the eyeletts are there to be used. If the WSM had eyeletts I'd use them on there.

Just ordered an excell to go with my wsm, looking forward to the extra size, the therm eyelets and in particular the fish hooks in the hood
