Hi all. I live in the flat fens of cambridgeshire, where i do a lot of shooting mostly duck & geese which always taste better on the bbq/smoker. Been cold smoking salmon for the past 20 years, with my diy smokers made out of materials from my building yard. Just built a mark2 model which has been fired up twice so far. I will post some pics of them in the relevant sections.
Found this site after i had my beady eyes on the new pro20. Perhaps this IS the 2008 version of my first smoker? scratch

Welcome! Seen your dogs over in the smoker thread...Is that a britanny on the top? I used to have some, great dogs.
Looks like a lab on the bottom, but can't be sure thru the fence...
