Hello from sunny Barry Island!!

Hi All, Bin lurkin around the forum for a while and thought i'd pop in and say hello.I recently purchased the trailblazer deluxe from mac'sbbq which is my second smoker.My first one i bought about 2 years ago and its a brinkman vertical water smoker,which i made a few mods to and was a great smoker to start off with. The downside to the vertical smoker is amount of food you can fit in it and opening the door and letting all the heat out, although it turned out some really nice bbq.I should'nt have a problem getting all the food i want on the trailblazer but i've done some mods on this too as it's very similar to the char grill pro and mods were suggested on youtube which i did. Can't wait to try it out now! Looks like i'll be getting some good info and advise from everyone on here as you all seem like a friendly bunch!! Thanks in advance.
