Moink Balls, Wings and Pork Belly on the egg
Howdy folks...
Heres Sundays Dinner :
-Moink Balls, seasoned with Dizzy Pig coarse BBQ Rub and later basted with Roadhouse BBQ Sauce mixed with Jim Beam, Tabasco and Honey
Had to try those after seeing them so many times over the last couple of days and they rock bigtime !
-Chicken Wings rubbed with Dizzy Pig Jamaican Firewalk
-a small pork belly roast with Texasbbqrub
Cooked it all on the egg at 325-350 F with some cherry chunks.
Beats the chit out of the Pizzas my neighbours ordered
Cheers,
DM
