Seeing Don Marco's pic's of his Moink Balls, I was inspired to give them a go (thanks Don), I did some Ribs with Roxy's Glaze (my wife thinks they are the best yet) & some ABT's

There are only two of us, so lots food food there, The Rib glaze is the best (thanks Roxy) all smoked over some plum wood, the moink balls fantastic & easy (I used Roxy's Rib glaze to coat them at the end part of the cook) but those ABT's are HOT HOT HOT, I mean, I can take really hot food, but boy affraid (they are also seriously addictive)!

Thanks Mack, AWG suggested I should change my name as well, how about 'Not quite as much as a novice as I was before'? Laughing

When you get the mix multi packs of wood wraps ready pm me (if it's convenient) & I'll have some off you, they're good for when it's to wet & miserable to smoke!

Glad you had some success with the Glaze recipe. It sure turns a good sauce into something special.

Great pix as well. Wish I was there for dinner. Wink
