Read loads on doing these but the one I got is just less than 1kg, not the 3 and 4kg I read guys doing....so what kind of apprx time should I allow for this size..?
I know its more internal temp, reaching 190 - 200 ish, but approx. how long?, don't want to stick it in too late..!!
