New additions to the ProQ family.
Got a couple of new Texas style BBQ smokers that we've been working on, they should arrive here around the end of June and we will officially launch them at Grillstock in Bristol.

Re: New additions to the ProQ family.
Hey Mac, I've been thinking about upgrading my frontier and been looking at offsets, mainly cos I want to get away from having to lift bits of the smoker away to do stuff like turn/mop/spray the meat, it's all a bit of a faff. Anyway the thing that kinda puts me off is that every review of an (not stupid priced) offset that I read talks about having to do a bunch of mods to get it working ok (extending the chimney down to the grate, adding a baffle and tuning plates etc). Would I have to do such mods to your new smokers? For example, the chimney looks like it attaches quite high up.....
Thanks in advance.
