Hello from Milton Keynes
Hi, I am currently waiting for delivery of my Pro Q Frontier that i purchased with a friend, we have recieved the Pro Q cold smoke generator which we are more than happy with and managed to smoke some Cheese, Salt & Garlic in a big cardboard box, with so so results.
Today i have started to cure some pork Loin for smoked Bacon and Pork Belly for Pancetta, in anticipation of delivery of my Frontier, so hoping it turns up in the next 7 days.
We are totally new to Food Smoking and will probably be on here asking for lots of advice, which will be very much appreciated, and hopefully with trial and error we may one day be giving advice back
