Ciao from Milano

Hi all,
I'm very happy to introduce myself to this bbq community, it seems I'm having here the chance to learn a lot about my new Excel that I bought one month ago
.
I'm doing L&S for less than a year with my kettle but it is now time to cook with the right equipment!
I'm already part of the bbq4all community here in Italy, where you could fine some preparations of mine.
what else? I'm looking forward to starting the engine of my proq and share with you all my bbq passion!
I'll stay tuned.
