Pulled Chicken
I tried this idea from a German member of another forum (actually Don Marco who has joined this forum. His looks better )
Brined chicken for 9 hrs using veg stock, bay leaf, a little apple juice, water, salt, peppercorns.
Cooked on the Weber performer indirect at around 350*
Done and ready to pull
I pulled the skin off, chopped it up and fried it in a pan to crisp up the skin to add back into the chicken.
Some homemade salsa to snack on and sweet peppers and onions to cook with EVOO and Webers Veggie seasoning for later use.
Chicken pulled, then sprinkled with more rub, and the ckicken skin added back.
Enjoy...

Re: Pulled Chicken
Looks great !
Pulled chicken has become a regular dish in my house, its so much better than the usual way of cooking chicken
and doesnt take as long as pulled pork does.

Re: Pulled Chicken
Think your recipe has gotten some attention. A friend of mine, BubbaQ posted a video of this dish on the Snokering and BBQ talk.
