Beer Can Chicken and Potatoe Bombs on the Excel 20.
Tonight I made Beer Can Chicken and Potatoe Bombs. I started with one stacker and the waterpan with clay saucer for the Potatoe Bombs.
These are the Bombs before smoking:
and here they are after smoking:
I removed the waterpan and put the chickens on the grate. Here they are after about 1 hour:
The Potatoe Bombs (and the chickens of course) were really delicious. Btw, I used olives as fillings.
