Hey,

I'm on my second smoke with my new Excel 20. Upgraded from a very annoying ECB. Smoked some beef ribs and chicken last weekend. Chicken was unreal, ribs were pretty good but they weren't very meaty to begin with. Doing a brisket and a pair of chickens right now.

This cooker is a wonderful bang for your buck. The thing is priced reasonably. It is heavily constructed and holds heat well. Access to the meat, fuel, and water pan is excellent. The footprint is small and it is expandable.

There are a couple of things with fit and finish quality control that could be improved though. This one has the kettle bottom a bit out of round from the riveting of the latch mechanism. The latches in general connect either loosely or somewhat bind. These are certainly minor when weighed against the overall functionality.

Thanks for bringing these to market.

Donald
