well its done....... so im gonna try this

well ive finally finished the climbing frame i had to build for the 3 little bossy boots so i can at last carry on q'ing and i thought i may give this ago,

1 chicken
1/4 cup chilli sauce
1 table spoon cider vinegar
1/2 tablespoon of salt
1/4 tablespoon of pepper
1/2 table spoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
1/4 cup minced onion
1 garlic clove crushed
1 tablespoon veg oil

mix all ingredients in a bowl then take a little out for brushing the chickens while cooking. put the remaining sauce over chicken and marinade for about 4-5 hrs i reckon then cook.

well i just told me sister/ bro in law and me parents that im q'ing this weekend and now they wanna come to so i told them to bring a beef joint and a leg of lamb so it should be a good day with lots of juicy meat to go with it i will take pics when its done, now just to find some more recipes
