Happy New Year

Every one have a happy new year, and stay safe.

We haven't been anywhere in years on new years eve...can't stay up til midnight anyway

What kind of plans do you all have?

Putting on 3 racks of ribs and some sausages in a few minutes, then will smoke / fried chicken wings. Tomorrow is Brisket chili and some football.

I no longer go out on ""Amature Night" either. Too many of those drunks in training for me . . . the journeyman drinkers know enough to call a cab when they have had too much. Finally got well enough to have my Christmas Supper with the family tonight.

Working tonight at the restaurant, we got a big evening planned and it should be fun serving up some good food..

Got plans to fire up two of my Frontiers tomorrow. Going to smoke some sausage, back bacon, a rack of ribs, a couple chicken breasts and a wack of ABT's.. Should be a good day.
