What brand lump?
I just moved here from the States and am running low on the supply of hardwood lump I had the movers bring. I see a handful of different brands...Big K regular and restaurant grade, WildWood Eco Friendly, Command Coconut Charcoal and Supagrill Coconut Charcoal. I've never used coconut. Is there a difference between brands? I see restaurants using the Big K stuff. Any good? Is there a real difference between regular and restaurant grade? Thanks for all your help. I use a Big Green Egg in case that matters.

Hi Amini1 and welcome to the UK, plus the forum.
You would probably be best off using the Command Coconut Charcoal, as the lump here is nothing like what you're used to back home.

Hey Amini1,
I'm still stateside so can't offer anything in the way of charcoal in the U.K., but am interested how you found your way over the pond? (If you don't mind sharing.)

I work for a company with offices all over the globe. They asked me to come work here and I agreed. I was already involved with business on this side of the pond so it was an easy choice.

Re: What brand lump?
That's pretty neat. I have tried to convince my bride to move over there...not going to happen unless work takes me there. Enjoy and welcome to the forum! We like pictures here.
