Llama Burgers & Kangaroo Loins?

Hey BBQ Gang, I'm doing a radio talk show (geared around barbeque, of course) this Sunday at 4pm. It's likely to be a bi-weekly show (Sunday's at 4pm).

Tune in if you get a chance...this is the inaugural show of BBQEmergency.com Radio Talk Show, and we'll be talking about the differences between "Low & Slow vs. Hot & Fast Outdoor Cooking: Are Burgers & Brats Barbeque?" D'OH...Great Question. 4pm Central Time Zone. I don't know where, for sure, you are, but we're 6 hours behind London. 4pm Central is 10pm GMT.
