Adding a thermometer Empty Adding a thermometer

I would like to add a air temp thermometer to my Weber Schmokey. Is there any recommendations for which make / model to buy. I'm aware that I will invalidate my waranty on the smoker but I would rather have better Q than an intact warranty.

I guess I'm going to need some sealant to put around the hole after I drill - again any advice would be helpful.

You wont need or want any sealant around it.
