BBQ at a friends birthday Party

Howdy folks...
I cooked at a friends birthday party yesterday.
Started at 5.30 am with putting almost 40 pounds of pork butt rubbed with buttrub on the excel with 3 stackers.
Took the rest of the morning for some preparations, shopping and loading all the stuff. Then i secured the excel on the trailer, shut the bottom vents and took the 15 minutes drive to the event.. (Sand in waterpan, all stackers secured with the latches and secured it really good).
Then i unloaded the rest and started cooking in the Smoker and the char grillers.
Cooked some potaoe gratin and Bacon Beans in the Dutch Ovens
The Pork loins were rubbed with texasbbqrub "Texas Wild" and glazed with a mixture of Pineapple Jelly, sweet chili Sauce and rum
Tortillas filled with ruccola, bratwurst, grilled pineapple and honex/mustard/Dill sauce
The potatoes
Buffet
Also made about 150 of our grilled Pralines for dessert
It was a lot of work but everyone raved about the food.
