WSM stacker Empty WSM stacker

I got my stacker back in time to use it at our first comp of the season and it sure was a great addition to the WSM. I noticed and I do not know why but the WSM ran within 5 degrees plus or minus of 225 for over 10 hours.. I think the stacker seems to make the cooker work more consistent than it does without. I changed my grill probe twice because I was thinking it must be broken..

Anyways, thanks Ian for making an awesome product that makes the WSM a joy to use.

By the way, don't believe a word Terry tells ya.. Wink
