Detailed ProQ Excel 20 assembly pics.
This is the base unit, all that needs to be done, is to attach the 3 "U" shaped legs. Take care not to over-tighten the nuts, as the base is porcelain coated.
Charcoal Basket
Simply put the charcoal basket into the base unit.
Place the first cooking chamber (Stacker) on to the base unit... Stacker's come with handles, probe eyelet, latches and grill brackets pre-assembled.
Place the waterpan into the cooking chamber (see the second image to see it's location on the bracket).
Put the first cooking grill in.
You can if you like, use the unit with just the one stacker in place..
If you have a load to cook, then fit the 2nd stacker on..
Finally put the lid on... ready to use in less than 5 minutes...
You can of course use your ProQ as a portable "Kettle" BBQ..,

You may like to take note DM that there is NO picture of ice or beer anywhere in the instructions.

Man, this looks awesome. It makes the wait even harder.
One thing I noticed that is different then the prototype is that the charcoal basket no longer has the "dividers" in it.
Did you decide to eliminate they?

Hi Bill,
The charcoal dividers were not part of the unit, I had some spare lying around, but the unit does come with a free cap
