If you want to bake something ...

For the dough:
125 g butter, 2 eggs, sugar 75g, 150g flour

For the apple filling:
1 untreated lemon (both shell and juice); approximately 750g of apples; Amaretto about 6cl; 125 g butter, 50 g powdered sugar, 3 eggs (separate) (protein / beaten )

About 45 min at 180 ° C.

This was a test for last years championchips and they were pretty darn good but the grilled pralines were a tad better.
