My New Pro Q
Hi all . Just got my first Pro Q . Seasoned it up Saturday morning and did my first cook Saturday after noon. 2 slabs of ribs 2 HUGE turkey legs and a big fatty. Once I got it set it cooked for hours without any supervision. 5 hours later everything was done. Everthing came out perfect . Really impressed with this unit. Served everything up with some baked beens and patatoe salad. Everybody raved about it. Will use it again this weekend.

Welcome Jules !
The Frontier is generally fool proof, you dont have much to do besides drinking beer.
