This weekend there were some guys from work in the area so took the opportunity to meet them for the first time and made some PP, Brisket and Ribs. Side were potato salad, slaw, beans, relish, some homemade Carolina mustard sauce, rolls...

Here is a slide show of more pics...I did not get near as many as I wanted.PP, Brisket and Ribs Th_100_1532

Here are a few finished pics, and 8 lb flat, 8 lb butt that I smoked on Friday. I used TBR brisket blend and a little Hoochie Mama for the Brisket, Hog Waller for the Butt. And 6 racks of ribs with Hog Waller. I glazed the top shelf with Roxy's Rib Glaze, and left the bottom shelf dry.
The brisket turned out and tasted better then the sliced picture shows.

Love the names of the rubs Smile
Food looks excellent Mike, I bet those guys where very pleased to have met you.

I'm really craving BBQ at the mo, but things are pretty hectic, so no time to Q.

That looks like a fantastic meal Mike !

I´ve got the same spread on my list for this week, too.
