No not yet, since it arrived it has occupied pride of place in the dining room !!! The wife today ordered me to move it outside which i did under protest .......... I am hoping to fire it up next weekend wether permitting.

I think you should kick the wife outside chap and see how she feels. Smokers have feelings too. In the last year thousands of smokers in Britain have been forced outside, seeking refuge in small makeshift shelters... You need to make a stand!!!

Though the benefits of a good smoker are many, I don't think they can quite replace the benefits of taking this sort of action.

I am really pleased with how it has held temp............. It was fired up at 1PM and it is still showing a cooking temp of 134f at 10.30pm (using a redicheck) and that is only with the addition of 6/8 more briquets 2 hours after it was started......... very impressive
By the way the ribs were to die for nowt left but bones !!!
