Ribs and pork tenderloin
Howdy...
While spring cleaning the house and doin some f&/§% paperwork i had the urge to put something on the Char griller.
Heres dinner, a rack of babyback with selfmade apple cider sauce and a pork tenderloin, plus an apple slice wrapped with serrano ham.
Makes a day like this way more comfortable.
Cheers,
DM

Food looks excellent, as expected, but man that oven thermometer could do with a clean! ( Can't you fit it in the dishwasher?)

Got to love the chargriller. I got one in the back yard under a meter of snow right now and I cant wait till the snow recedes so I can put it to good use.
I love to cook ribs on it.. Nothing like burning a few sticks..
Just hate like the blazes to do a long cook on it.. Now thats where the ProBBQ comes into play. And with the weather we have here in Canada it is a lot easier to carry the Frontier out of the garage than it is to dig the Chargriller out of the snow bank.
Ribs look not too bad.. Keep at it, you will get it soon enough..

That CG sits outside all year without a cover, but the trick is to oil it every couple of uses.
