Smoking Sausage with CSG Questions
Hi Everyone
I am using the CSG for the first time today. I am smoking sausage in my weber smokey mountain and I was wondering how long it takes to cold smoke sausage. I found info on salmon, cheese etc but there are no posts on cured sausage smoke times and techniques.
thanks

Re: Smoking Sausage with CSG Questions
Hi Cutlass6521
I would smoke a cured sausage for about 4 hours then let it rest over night to let it mellow
if that's not smoky enough then smoke for longer on your next smoke.
happy smoking
