World Cup Party Ribs

We had a World Cup street party at the weekend which involved a few people BBQing.
Everyone else was grilling the usual suspects of sausages and burgers, so I decided to bring the Excel 20 out to the party and smoke a rack of ribs.

I used the 3-2-1 method and the results were great ... all the ribs were eaten quickly and people said how tasty they were.
