World Cup BBQ - ideas please
Hi Everyone,
We try to have a street party once a year to get everyone together.
This year we're having a World Cup themed BBQ on final day where people are going to be having fun and games, but more importantly going to be doing food from the different countries.
My aim is to service up something from the smoker - I'm not sure which country from yet, but I'd kind of like to do something different, as the only one with a smoker on my street!.
Everyone else will be doing burgers, sausages and maybe Chicken kebabs ... I need ideas from you guys on what I could do.
There's lots of time to practise and prepare, and pictures will be posted along the way!

If you can get hold of some boerewors (South African sausage) from a South African shop, would go with the theme.

Some of our friends are from south africa and managed to get hold of that sausage - that was tasty.
World cup theme... well, the French are in, so chicken is on the menu. Are Turkey playing? The English are playing, or Les Rosbifs as the French like to call us, so you could slow cook a big piece of beef and make some BBQ sauce to go with it.
