Small birthday Party Catering

Just got back from Catering a party.
It was the birthday of the wife of my old boss back in my aprenticeship.
Just 19 People around, but mostly old colleagues that i havent seen for years so it was a very smooth and funny evening.

Food was simple, just tortillas filled with bratwurst, arugula, grilled pineapple and honey mustard and grilled pineapples with grapevines as a starter, then pork loin roasts, beer can chicken, planked salmon as main course and grilled pralines for dessert.
Sides and salads were supplied by the hosts and there was pleanty of beer, too.

Wow, all of it looks good, but those sliced loins look extremely moist and tasty!

NIce! Did the wood on top your firebox catch fire?

It's just the picture angle of the lit tiki torch... i think.
