Mediterranean Stuffed Pork Tenderloin

Inspired by Don Marco & Roxy (thanks for the help), I thought I'd give the Pork Tenderloin a go today.

I cut off the silver-skin & excess fat, slit it open & bashed it flat with a rolling pin. I got some pitted black olives, basil leaves, sun blush tomatoes & buffalo mozzarella & chopped them up. I put a layer of red pesto on the pork, added the basil & cheese mix & rolled it up in prosciutto ham (it was a bit full so I cheated & pinned it together with some cocktail sticks).
I drizzled a little olive oil on it & sprinkled some Mediterranean rub over the top.

I also did some ABT's & got some baby sweet peppers (my wife finds the ABT's a bit HOT )& prep'd them the same way as ABT's

Does anyone know why, when you post pic's from photo bucket now, when you click on the image, instead of getting an enlarged picture, it takes you to the photobucket website instead? I preferred it the old way.

I Think the sites bandwidth has been exceeded, the web site has "upgrade to pro" all around it, the webmaster needs to do some investigating and speak to whoever is hosting the site
