Do you own an excel? Laughing Mine arrived during a tropical storm and I just cooked for 150 people during the nor'easter that is rumbling up the coast. 50 mph winds. what a treat.

The weather held good, & I managed to do two racks of absolutely perfect spare ribs! For the first time ever i got tender, juicy, fall off the bone ribs! cheers
