Couple of Fatties.. some ABT's

I won't lie. I didn't like the fatty. I used italian sausage and filled with some pizza type filling. Just didn't suit my taste. I went for the gold by wrapping with some crescent roll dough and baking for a bit. Honestly.. fatties for me are best served with eggs for breakfast.

But alas.. I'm learning. At least there was a nice smoke ring. The ABT's turned out great.. although I'll probably go with the little party sausages next time instead of the pulled pork.. They probably could have used some cheddar cheese too..

Again.. still learning..









Smoker worked like a champ. All in all I chalk it up to a learning experience. I learned that Fatties for me.. are best for breakfast.

All looks very good! I like fatties (with the right sausage) but my favorites are the ABT's! Lookin' good!
