Howdy folks...


Heres todays dinner on the char griller :

Cedar planked salmon, seasoned with texasbbqrub "texas wild" and olive oil, served on a bun with cream cheese. Delicious !

Also grilled some black tiger prawns, seasoned the same as above plus some garlic and lime juice.

I didn't see this before. That salmon looks great! Do you always leave the shells on when grilling shrimp? I don't but recently heard it is better that way.

Brined and shells on is the best flavour IMO.

Nice looking spread. Dont care for salmon but I think I'd eat that...
