Newbie from Wiltshire
Hello,
I am a long time BBQ-er mainly using Weber kettles. I've experimented with smoking using the Weber kettle with reasonable results, but only for short cook times i.e. beer can chicken, salmon fillets, pork shoulder.
I got a Brinkmann Smoke n Grill as a wedding present and found it to be useless. So a Google search and several ECB modifications later and it's still very poor!
Found the ProQ by accident on Amazon so it's ignited a spark in me and I hope to buy one soon.

Hello Stretch
Pleased to hear you found Pro Q on Amazon, you will find that the units are very easy to use and very versatile for hot smoking, cold smoking, roasting and grilling and just using the the base and lid and 1 grill you have a little kettle to take to the beach always guaranteed to turn heads when people smell the steaks that you are cooking
happy smoking
