Hi everybody new'ish to the smoking side of bbq but have been grilling for years, looking forward to the release of the new Maverick/Trailblazer off set range as one of these will more than likely be my next purchase, ordered some stuff from Macs online shop to help me get started down the smoky trail, also sent enquiry emails to Ian ref the new range, he promptly phoned me with all the info I needed and more, not to often do you get service like that these days!!
Look forward to posting future results and to picking the brains of those in the know....
