Served my BBQ apprenticeship in South Africa - as you southern hemisphere guys will know the art of BBQing supersedes any of lifes other achievements. I have always loved to barbecue and fairly recently bought a ProQ frontier to try my hand at food smoking, so far have tried everything cookable with great results, tender, moist and tasty food. Must say the idea of steaming on the Frontier didn't appeal, but was nicely surprised when I did a whole chicken - moist and succulent and just melts in your mouth.

Just seen the new ProQ Excel on this forum (in the test section) and looks like I'll have to own one as soon as they arrive in the UK. It look well made and has a certain appeal.
