Hello from overcast Berkshire!!
Hi all,
I am still fairly new to the world of smoking and have been introduced to it from my boss at work - I only have 4 rib cooks under my belt and feel I need to branch out a bit more to chicken, beef etc. hence joining this site to rob you of your valuable information
I am cooking on the ProQ Frontier and I always seem to get very delicious results! The only problem with it is that the lid has always been out of round and so won't clip on properly, leaving a good 10-15mm gap on one side. Does anyone know of anywhere where I can pick a new lid up from and how much it is likely to cost?
I look forward to sharing recipes and posting pics!

Re: Hello from overcast Berkshire!!
Hello and welcome K,
For the lid, contact John at ProBBQ Ltd I am sure he will be able to sort it out for you.
I would advise that you check the stackers (cooking chambers) 1st, as these are the more likely "out of round" suspects and can easily be put back into shape.
You've definitely got to cook some other stuff.

Thanks for the quick reply!!
It's definately the lid, I first suspected the stackers but they are all fine. Regardless though, it's still cooking fine.
You're right on the trying more things though. I'm thinking of giving beer can chicken a go on this weekend.
