So....here we go.

I am a software engineer by trade and custom airbrush artist by choice (www.lozart.net - sorry, shameless plug). I like heavy metal, motorbikes and classic American muscle cars.....and meat.

Currently using a Homebase purchased rip off copy of an Amigo water smoker with a view to getting a Frontier or indeed an Excel once I can fully convert the wife to the joy of big slabs of smoked goodness.

Looking forward to sharing tales of daring do and hap hazard lunacy with you all! Cool
