Let me introduce Dog's and Danglies to you.

Last weekend I had the priveledge of cooking with 2 fine people Adie (aka All Weather Griller) and John Feeney (a development chef).
We cooked on 2 Excel 20's and because they worked so well, it was agreed that the 2 cookers be named Dog's and Danglies.

The cooking started at 08:00 on sat 06th and finished around 17:00 on the 07th. One of the smokers, I think "Danglies" was on all weekend.

Most of the food was consumed, but many Doggy bags were filled.

I've just finished my dinner & my mouths watering just looking at that lot! I hope you fully intend to post some recipes to go with the pic's (for mortals like me to follow).

No worries on that front, there should be some videos coming around at some point soon. I know John has his editing the job.
