I hope it gets here next week.. After that I'm out of town for a week. Would hate for it to be delivered then! I need to welcome my new baby to the house properly..

I'm sure you could find a neighbor to welcome your new baby home for you...problem is they may not give it back!bigthirsty wrote:I hope it gets here next week.. After that I'm out of town for a week. Would hate for it to be delivered then! I need to welcome my new baby to the house properly..

Same here. Was hoping to take it with me on a camping trip the following week.
Hope the BBQ Gods are listening.
If not, I will put it to good use when I get home.

Hmm...let's see...California and Texas aren't really THAT far away from Illinois. You guys can just have your Excel's shipped here if you like. I'll take REAL good care of them.BowtieBill wrote: Same here. Was hoping to take it with me on a camping trip the following week.

Spoke to Fred yesterday (was trying to organise a couple of Excel's to go up to Canada... he now has them at his place and is starting to ship them out (told me to wait and once he has satisfied all his patient customers, he will sort me out).
So hopefully we will have a load happy smoking people by the weekend.

Re: Excel 20's are in the US, but...
As of 9:52AM US CENTRAL the package is in the Chicago area (that's about 4.5 hours away). They'll have to ship it down to our local hub, then deliver it...the UPS website says July 18th!! Oh Yeah!!bigthirsty wrote:what is the delivery date for everyone? Mine is July 22. Booooooooooo. I'm out of town all next week. Gonna have to get the neighbors to watch for it.
Then the really tough part...not opening it until August 9th! It's going to be rough...REAL rough!

Shipping to the Republic of Texas means clearing Customs again, doesn't it???bigthirsty wrote:ILBBQS.com wrote:As of 9:52AM US CENTRAL the package is in the Chicago area (that's about 4.5 hours away).
