Slow Cook Comp?
After competing in the British BBQ Championships I have been searching for another comp. The problem i am finding with Gilingham & Limerick is they are short comps rather than smoke for hours....... Does anyone know of any other comps which follows the KCBS rules (or similar) in the UK or Europe?
Thanks
Toby

Not sure at the moment, they dont really appeal, gilingham is too short notice, may do Limerick for a boys weekend away, but its not the type of cooking i really enjoy.
If i hear of anything i will let you know. I could always organise something but the funs in taking part............

You could always go to the World BBQ Championships in Belgium (I'll be there) more info in this thread https://proq.forumotion.com/bbq-events-competitions-f7/world-bbq-championships-belgium-t127.htm?sid=3a64d526615ac8a4cd45c48d5f8e4b99
