My coleslaw recipie
Who doesn't like coleslaw with their BBQ. This is how I make it, probably not the best in the world but way better (and cheaper) than the crappy shop bought stuff.
1.5-2 red onions sliced
1/4 red cabbage shredded (I like it quite coarse)
2 large carrots coarsely grated
1/2 pepper thinly sliced (I use red or yellow but you can use green too)
1 tbs or so of cider vinigar
about 1/2 jar (250ml) of mayo (I use cheapo suppermarkets own brand low fat)
Mix it all up in a large bowl, then add a little water to thin.
Pile high on side of plate

Re: My coleslaw recipie
I like mine with a little more vinegar, but looks like a solid recipe. Thanks for sharing!
