Hi All

Just after Xmas purchased a Frontier Elite(internet order), turned up 6 days ago and cooked a chuck roast on it the night I received it - not bad a bit overdone but could not deny the smoky goodness. I should have joined this forum earlier and researched a little more on the topics on maintaining temp, calibrating the thermometer etc - live and learn - currently cooking a leg of lamb - middle eastern rub and injected with veggie stock , red wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and rosemary - fingers crossed

cheers to all
Seddo
